4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms for our products and services are outlined at the time of purchase. Payment is required before the shipment of physical products or access to digital content. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest, as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Wellbeing Management Institute, including but not limited to books, digital content, training materials, graphics, and educational resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content without prior written consent.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes proprietary health strategies, customer data, and any other non-publicly available information.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wellbeing Management Institute will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Wellbeing Management Institute harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
